Gestalt Session Guarantee, Payment, Refund, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies

Our Guarantee: If you do not feel that you received quality service within the scope of your arranged service description, we will make it right either through a financial reimbursement or the rendering of additional services. 

Private Sessions held at the Ranch or on Location

Private sessions must be paid in full in advance of booking.

Rescheduling a private session within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a $25 convenience fee to be paid prior to rescheduling.

Cancellations will be not be refunded, if cancelled within 72 hours of session start time. If cancelled 72 hours or more in advance, a credit will be given for future service. 

Workshops, Single and Half-day Events

All event reservation payments must be made in full at the time of registration. If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before the event begins, you will be refunded 75 %. If you cancel within 30 days of the event, no refund will be issued but you will have the option to use the credits on a future event, minus a 25% cancellation fee. You may transfer your event reservation to someone else as long as you notify Ashley@UntetheredEquine.com of this change within 24 hours of the event starting.

Retreats

Retreat fees must be paid in full 45 days prior to the event. Retreat fees are fully refundable up to 45 days prior to the event start date minus a 25% fee. Reservations cancelled within 45 days of the event are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another individual as long as you contact Ashley within 48 hours of the event starting.
